Hi, my name’s Louise, owner of L C Consultancy, a Learning and Development and Organisational Development Consultancy. If you’ve found me, congratulations! Wherever you are in the world, my job is to help your organisation be the best that it can be.
With over fifteen years’ experience and the ability to work both face to face and virtually, I support organisations just like yours.
Having worked in many senior leadership roles throughout my own career, I also understand exactly what issues you might be facing. From how it feels to work in both high and low performance teams, to the daunting prospect of organisational change. However, I also know the huge achievement and satisfaction that occurs when workforces unite in a common purpose.

Through my extensive experience, I’ve developed a uniquely holistic approach to personal and organisational development. It’s one that’s firmly rooted in empowering and supporting you and your organisation to be the best that you can be.
I work systemically – across learning and development and organisational development. In doing so, I use my expertise to directly align you and your team with your overall business strategy.

Capital International
We partnered with Lou at LC Consultancy to start our self-awareness journey; which began with Insights Discovery. The whole Group undertook training to understand the psychometric tool before completing their profiling evaluator. We’re already seeing results from these profiles; increasing self and team awareness, as well as accelerating performance and effectiveness. Colleagues have come together from across the Group despite their multi-geographical locations, and it’s fantastic to see how this training is helping to strengthen relationships. We’re excited to commence the next stages of this journey with Lou, to ensure the training received has Insights threaded throughout it.
