ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Louise Wheeler, owner of L C Consultancy, an in-person and virtual Learning and Development and Organisational Development Consultancy.

I’m a Level 7 Executive coach, DiSC and Emotional Intelligence psychometrics practitioner. I specialise in leadership and management development. In addition to this, I’m an Insights Discovery distributor and licensed practitioner.

Wherever you are in the world, if you’re a business leader dedicated to maximising workplace potential and uniting your team in a common purpose, I can help.

L C Consultancy was established in 2021. However, I’ve worked in Learning and Development and Organisational Development since 2008.

Throughout this time, I’ve supported and coached senior, executive and C-Suite leaders from a wide variety of organisations and sectors. My extensive background covers different industries, from hotel and catering to customer service, finance, travel and e-gaming. I also have eleven years’ experience in local government. I’m therefore familiar with working across both public and private sectors.

My services are far-reaching and go far deeper than simply coaching you to clarify goals and identify workplace inefficiencies.

My in-depth training, knowledge and experience also allows me to work systemically. This means I take your organisational goals and embed them throughout your entire workforce. I achieve this by delivering flexible, accredited leadership development programmes bespoke to your organisation.
