Five years of L C Consultancy

In October 2026, L C Consultancy turns five.

Five years ago, I took the leap and started my own business. I had a vision for the kind of work I wanted to do, the people I wanted to work with and, most importantly, the difference I wanted to make.

Five years on, I’ve had the privilege of working with some brilliant people and organisations, here in the Isle of Man, across the UK, internationally and virtually.

And the work has evolved too.

What started with a focus on learning, development and supporting people has grown into work across leadership, career development, business strategy, change, delivering Insights Discovery, agile ways of thinking, the future of work and supporting women in business through Elevate You.

There have been plenty of lessons for me along the way too. Building a business teaches you about courage, resilience, curiosity and the importance of continuing to learn and adapt.

So five years feels like something worth celebrating.

But rather than simply marking the occasion with a cake and a glass of something fizzy, I wanted to celebrate by giving something back.

I’ve brought together five gifts that reflect some of the things I care most about; leadership, career direction, business growth, thinking differently and investing in yourself.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the L C Consultancy journey so far, whether you’ve worked with me, attended an event, joined an Elevate You programme, subscribed to one of my newsletters, recommended me, shared something I’ve posted or simply followed along.

How it works

  1. Enter once
    Complete the entry form during the open entry period (Monday 12 October to 9am Monday 19 October 2026). One entry automatically puts you into all five prize draws.
  2. Entries close
    Entries will close at 9am on Monday 19 October, Day 1 of the giveaway, and the entry list will then be finalised.
  3. Five days. Five gifts. Five draws.
    Over five days, I’ll draw one winner each day for one of the five gifts. All five gifts are shown above, so you can see exactly what you could win and on what day.
  4. Five different winners
    Once you’ve won a gift, you’ll be removed from the remaining draws, giving five different people the chance to win.
  5. I’ll contact the winners
    Winners will be contacted by email using the details provided on the entry form. I’ll then arrange delivery of your gift, whether that’s a virtual conversation, digital toolkit or something sent in the post.

Giveaway Terms & Conditions

 

  1. The giveaway
    This giveaway is being run by L C Consultancy to celebrate five years in business.
  2. Eligibility
    The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
  3. How to enter
    Entry is free and is made by completing the online entry form during the advertised entry period. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  4. Entry period
    Entries open on Monday 12 October 2026 and close at 9am on Monday 19 October 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the prize draws.
  5. The prizes
    There are five gifts available to win:
  • Leadership Reset — 1-hour 1:1 conversation
  • Career Mapping Conversation — 1-hour 1:1 conversation
  • Business Strategy Conversation — 1-hour 1:1 conversation
  • Developing an Agile Mindset Toolkit — digital toolkit
  • Elevate You Journal — physical journal

One winner will be selected for each gift.

  1. The draws
    One winner will be selected at random for each prize over five consecutive days. Once a person has won a prize, they will be removed from the remaining draws. There will therefore be five different winners.
  2. Winner notification
    Winners will be contacted by email using the email address provided when entering. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, L C Consultancy reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  3. Prizes
    Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The 1:1 conversations will be arranged at a mutually convenient time and may take place virtually or in person (if you are based on the Isle of Man), as agreed.
  4. Marketing
    Entering the giveaway does not automatically subscribe you to any mailing list. You can choose to opt in separately to Friday Fizz and/or Elevate You emails when completing the entry form.
  5. Personal information
    Information provided through the entry form will be used to administer the giveaway and contact winners. Any marketing communications will only be sent where you have given separate consent. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the L C Consultancy Privacy Policy.
  6. The organiser
    The organiser of the giveaway is L C Consultancy.
